Rooms Projecting Chicness and Style
The color motif of the guest rooms at Hotel Kazusaya is based on the type of traditional color pallet popular in the Edo period known as “Shijyuhatcha Hyakunezumi”(literally, 48 different shades of brown and 100 shades of rat gray.)
This refers to the variations of dye colors based on a mix of subdued light brown and dark gray with subtle color
shading and devised by the common townsfolk of Edo, the old name for Tokyo.
